fix: remove all hardcoded demo data from summary cards
Replaced hardcoded values (4,817 SKUs, $2.4M, 1,284 clients, $842,190 invoiced, $2,847,320 assets, etc.) with $0 / 0 placeholders with IDs so the JS can populate them from real API data.
