fix(notas): buscar por leadId O nombre del cliente

- Las notas se buscan por leadId O por nombre del cliente
- Al convertir lead→oportunidad, las notas siguen visibles
- Funciona en todas las etapas: lead, oportunidad, apartado, escrituración
